We document the occurrence of the metre-scale stellate plagiolcase and aligned olivine of the Central Serie Peridotite, Isle of Rum, Scotland, characterize them by optical mineralogy, Image analysis, Electron Microprobe (EMP), Crystal Size Distribution (CSD) and Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD).
