dc.description.abstractOver the past 20 years Public-Private Partnerships have been increasing in scope around the world as a means for providing large scale infrastructure projects. Our aim is to provide a survey of Public-Private Partnerships that outlines the various types of partnerships, their theoretical underpinnings, the institutional frameworks and networks which lead to their application and to underline how these projects are awarded.
