dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is to determine the trands in the constitutional decisions of the Sepreme Court of Canada and to try to assess the extent to which the influence of the Judicial Committee has swayed these trends. As well, it is an attempt to throw some light upon the probable outcome of future decisions.
