Abstract
In this paper I expand work done by de Silva (2002) in order to determine the effects of Free Trade Agreements between Canada and other nations on Canadian bilateral aid donations. A panel data set is created and analyzed in order to capture both time and cross sectional effects. I conclude that Free Trade Agreements with Canada result in an increase in bilateral aid donations from Canada of between 0.76% - 1.31%
