dc.description.abstract	A more user-friendly program is provided here instead of the old one which is a network design for pipe lines. After a brief introduction to the pipe network, a comparison has been done between the old program and the new program. Then, a concept model of the new program is set up. Details of the interface design are given in succession. Finally, a manual and an example of the implementation of the interface are provided.
