Using an e-mail list provided by the Centre of Expertise on Culture and Communities, survey questionnaires were sent to government officials with responsibilities for cultural infrastructure at all three levels of jurisdiction, as well as to individuals from cultural organizations and cultural facilities. Since the response rate to this survey was low, additional research was carried out to identify programs, policies, plans, strategies and reports on Ontario cultural infrastructure.
