LICENSE NON EXCLUSIVE À L'UNIVERSITÉ D'OTTAWA POUR LES AFFICHES

Considérant que l'Université d'Ottawa (« l'Université ») entend mettre une copie de mon affiche à la disposition des personnes intéressées, j'accorde par les présentes à l'Université une licence non exclusive et libre de redevances, lui permettant de : 

1. reproduire, publier, archiver, sauvegarder, diffuser, intégralement ou en partie, mon affiche partout dans le monde, à des fins non commerciales, sur toutes formes de supports;

2. autoriser, accorder une sous-licence ou une sous-traitance, ou engager toute action mentionnée à l'alinéa (1).

Je déclare sur mon honneur que mon affiche est mon œuvre originale, qu'elle n'empiète pas sur les droits de quiconque et que j'agis de plein droit en accordant cette licence non exclusive.

Je conserve la propriété du droit d'auteur de mon affiche, et je peux disposer du droit d'auteur sur tout ou partie de ce document de toute manière compatible avec les droits que j'accorde à l'Université par les présentes.

Je conserve la propriété des droits moraux qui protègent mon document conformément à l'article 14 de la Loi sur le droit d'auteur.

Là oú j'ai utilisé de la documentation dont le droit d'auteur appartient à des tiers, j'atteste en avoir préalablement obtenu la permission écrite des 
détenteurs du droit d'auteur et je pourrai en présenter la preuve à l'Université au besoin.

Je sais que l'Université ne diffusera pas mon affiche si, selon son bon jugement, elle doute que ladite permission écrite des détenteurs du droit d'auteur ait été obtenue.

Je reconnais aussi que l'Université ne peut être tenue responsable de l'utilisation impropre de mon affiche que pourraient en faire de tierces parties à qui elle donne accès.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA FOR RESEARCH POSTERS

In consideration of the University of Ottawa (the University) making a copy of my poster available to interested persons, I hereby grant a non-exclusive, royalty free license to the University of Ottawa:

1. to reproduce, publish, archive, preserve and communicate my poster anywhere in the world, for non-commercial purposes, in all forms of media;

2. to authorize, sub-license, sub-contract or procure any of the acts mentioned in paragraph (1).

I represent and promise that my poster is my original work, does not infringe any rights of others, and that I have the right to make the grant conferred by this non-exclusive license.

I retain ownership of the copyright in my poster, and may deal with the copyright in the licensed material, or any part thereof, in any way
consistent with the rights granted by me to the University in this non-exclusive license.

I retain moral rights in my poster in accordance with Section 14 of the Copyright Act.

Where I have used material owned by third party copyright holders, I represent that I have obtained written permissions from such copyright holders
and will supply copies of such upon request by the University.

I acknowledge that the University will not distribute my poster, if, in the reasonable judgment of the University, they believe the said permission of the third party copyright holders has not been secured.

I understand that the University shall not be responsible for any misuse of my poster by third parties who access the Licensed Material through the University.
